Before You Visit

we want you to know…


Our studio is semi-private, located upstairs above Belladonnas.

Please know that we frequently burn sage and incense, all of which is natural to create just the perfect atmosphere for you to relax in.

Text and Email Confirmations are sent out the day you book the appointment, 72 hours before the appointment to confirm. The day before and we provide appointment card reminders. These are all a courtesy we provide to our clients, these all ways to remember your scheduled appointment! We truly try accommodate each and everyone. Time is a precious gift. Thank you for understanding!

Late Arrivals: “We do the hairs as they come” and sometimes traffic can put you behind. We always try to do our best to accommodate late arrivals, (I get it, sometimes I’m running behind, because I’m working on a most amazing style).  If you think are going to be more than 15 mins late we would really appreciate it if you would let us know, just shoot us a text, and we can more than likely make it happen. If you are more than 30mins late, we are probably going to have to reschedule you. It’s all about communication.  If we think we are going to be running behind, we will also give you a heads up!

Cancellation Policy: Ideally we would like to have a 48 hour notice for a cancellation, because that gives us time to be able to fill the time slot. Sometimes, you can only give us 24 hours notice, but if you cancel your appointment with-in 24 hours you will be responsible for 50% of the appointment booked, and this must be paid before rebooking your next appointment.  

No-Show Policy: We cannot afford to have no show appointments, it doesn’t give us a chance to fill the spot. If you are a no-show you will be required to prepay for you next appointment in full before booking.

Re-do Poilcy: Even when we do a thorough consultation, things just might not go as planned. If for any reason you are unhappy with your color, cut, or style, please let us know with-in 48 hours of your original appointment date. It is always our goal for you to be happy with your hair. A redo must be booked and completed with-in one week of your original service date

Children’s Policy: Children are welcome in the studio for scheduled hair appointments ONLY, otherwise please have child care provided when you have a extended hair appointment. For safety purposes, children who are receiving  services must be able to sit in the chair receive their service.  Please understand that we are using very sharp, expensive equipment.   We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. 

We understand life can get a little crazy, but we must set these boundaries to be able to provide you with the best possible service.
